Monde Ndlovu
Monde is a Consultant at African Leadership Development, a Boutique Consulting Firm in Johannesburg, whose founder is the legendary leadership guru, Eric Mafuna. The firm specialises in organisational, strategy, and leadership development. He is also a non-executive Chairperson and co-founder of Vunula Investments, a deal-making driven company with strong networking capabilities in various sectors. He is the first and former Head of Thought Leadership at the BMF. He has served on two Board Committees of the BMF before, the National Events Committee and the Editorial Committee.
He is also a Board Trustee of the Maduke Lot Ndlovu Legacy Trust, a Trust formed by the Black Management Forum (BMF) to preserve the legacy of Lot Ndlovu. He serves as a non-executive board member of the PGA of South Africa, and Chairs the Transformation Committee. He has played a critical role in formulating the transformation strategy of the PGA and how it can impact the wider industry. He is also a member of Directors Association and has recently been appointed as a non-executive board member of the National Care Drive and Roy Allen Group.
Monde serves on the BMF Policy and Research Committee, influencing policy thinking. He is also the Chairperson of the Henley Business School Johannesburg Alumni Chapter, and Chairperson of the Sandton Business Forum.
Monde remains an opinion maker in society, and occasionally contributes articles on leadership, transformation and the economy, which are published on influential platforms such as Primedia’s Eye Witness News and 702. He has also featured on other influential platforms including print, online, radio, and TV. He was chosen amongst young people on the African continent to contribute content to a publication called The Africa 80.
Monde is a UNISA and Henley Business School Alumnus, and some of his thoughts and insights are used by Henley Business School in some of the classes. He remains passionate about leadership development, and economic transformation in South Africa.
