If any correction or additional document is outstanding, submit as soon as possible

Once complete, your application will take 3-5 days to assess

Receive your application outcome

If not admitted, consult with the Admissions Manager to examine the reasons and discuss options

If admitted, sign the Acceptance Form and Terms and Conditions of Registration and return as soon as possible

Pay careful attention to the financial commitments contained in the Offer Letter, Acceptance of Offer and Terms and Conditions of Registration

Receive your invoice for tuition fees due

Your invoice will be emailed to you by our Finance Department

Ensure that we receive payment, or your company sponsorship letter (if funded by your company).

Receive your Welcome Letter from the Programme Delivery team

Your letter will provide you with the necessary information to prepare you to join the upcoming class!

Henley’s RISE! Programme is an Advanced Certificate in Management Practice that is equivalent to a national diploma. It will give you a new perspective on your strategic role in the workplace. You already know what you’re doing; now formalise and professionalise your practice as you evolve into a business leader. Henley Africa is the only international, quadruple-accredited business school in Africa. We’ll help you gain new faith in yourself and your abilities while arming you with the confidence and skills you need to work with others and reach new heights.
Power up your capabilities
RISE! is an NQF level 6, CHE-accredited qualification comprising five learning blocks delivered over a 12 months. The course is underpinned by a systems-focused framework that allows you to master complex topics such as strategy, diversity and inclusion and builds your understanding of the business ecosystem. You’ll gain insight into how businesses operate and be able to identify both red flags and opportunities while developing the skills needed to manage operations and teams optimally.
All assessments are project-based and relate directly to your role within your organisation. In this way, learning is sustained, and you continue to grow beyond the life of the programme as you apply the tools and models that you have learned.
The themes covered are those that middle to senior managers are expected to master, while the personal mastery component of the course enables students to understand themselves and others better.
