About you host:
Peder Greve is an Associate Professor of International Business at Henley Business School. He is the PhD Director for international Business and strategy and module convenor for international Business in Henley's Global Executive MBA. He also teaches strategy and Transformation in Henley's Executive Education programmes. Peder's research focuses on how strategy, transformation, and performance. His research has been published in leading academic journals, including the journal of management, the Journal of International Business Studies, and the Leadership Quarterly.
