School Dazed?

Join clinical psychologist Judith Ancer on our Joburg campus for a morning of fun, connection and learning. Judith will share her wisdom on the topic: School-dazed? How to help your child survive and thrive during their school years.

Whether you are dealing with battles around homework, exam anxiety, school refusal, learning problems, too many or too few extra murals or the dramas of your child’s social life - parenting school-age children is not for the faint-hearted. As a parent or caregiver, it is challenging and confusing to help your child navigate the pressures, stressors and demands of the school system.

This talk will address how to get the best out of your child’s schooling experience, how to communicate effectively with your child’s teachers, when to get involved and when to step back, when to worry and when to let go.

Bring the whole family along as we’ve lined up plenty of entertainment and activities for the kids and teens to keep them occupied while you catch up with friends and listen to Judith’s talk.
