All businesses have a rhythm; or at least they should. If all its components are aligned, and in sync, a business can operate efficiently and is more able to adapt and respond to change. If something – a division, department, or a key staff member – is out of sync, however, it can be a distraction that causes an organisation to flounder and become rigid and reactionary.
