This session offers an introduction to Henley Business School Africa's Work Readiness Programme (NQF Level 5), a one-year, part-time undergraduate programme at the same level as the first year at university, designed for school leavers and young adults who want to build business skills, confidence and direction before making their next big move.             

You'll learn:

• What the Work Readiness Programme is, and who it's for
• How this NQF Level 5 qualification compares to traditional university pathways 
• How the programme prepares young adults for work, further study or entrepreneurship
• How to apply for the March 2026 intake
