About the Speaker

Keith Boyd is a successful global entrepreneur, adventurer, activist, and social impact investor. He recently broke the 26-year-old Guinness World Record for the fastest journey of the entire length of Africa on foot by running 11,000 km from Cape to Cairo to raise funds for his NGO Rainbow Leaders.

Rainbow Leaders is an independent NGO that seeks to encourage young South Africans to vote and lend the power of their voice to help shape a vibrant democracy. Keith believes that this is the only way to reduce unemployment, poverty and inequality.

Keith is currently writing the book “Running Africa” and working on a documentary about his journey that explores the history, challenges and hopes for the future of the nine countries that he ran through.
