The webinar will be hosted by the Henley Cape Town Alumni Chapter with MBA alum Michelle Bignall, Global Leadership Development Specialist at retail and marketing solutions company, Smollan. Michelle designs impactful learning journeys that develop the next generation of leaders and is passionate about inspiring growth and career development in young talent.  

She will be joined by three speakers: 

• Thando Ziqubu, Divisional Operations & Futurelife Client Manager KZN at Smollan 
  Thando joined Smollan in 2001 as a merchandiser and immediately began setting goals for his career. He became a field manager in 2004 and has since moved up through the ranks from regional manager to his current role. 
  
  
• Zama Msomi-Zama, People Consultant at Smollan 
  As an HR professional with a background in field operations, Zama says her goal is simple: to walk into a room unknown but leave an unforgettable mark. She lives by the brand statement  ‘Unknown to Unforgettable’ .
  
  
• Lerato Mokoka, Learning & Development Partner at Hitachi 
  Lerato Mokoka is a highly driven and purpose-led Learning and Development professional with more than 11 years’ experience in the Education, Training, and Development Practices (ETDP) space. She has built a strong career foundation in both manufacturing and mining environments, where she has held various roles in process engineering and training. Lerato is passionate about human capital development, talent management, and continuous improvement, and has consistently demonstrated her ability to design and implement impactful technical training interventions tailored for operators and process controllers.
