Women in Leadership: A free Henley webinar
Often, the biggest hurdle isn't just the glass ceiling, it’s the ‘inner glass ceiling’ of self-sabotage.
This FREE 30-minute webinar is designed for women who are ready to stop playing small. Led by Dr Jude Clark, we’ll dive into the psychology of leadership to help you reclaim your confidence and lead with impact.
Expect interactive sessions, grounded theory, and a powerful shift in perspective.
You'll learn:
- To identify and evict your 'inner critic'
- To tap into the unique leadership traits that set you apart
- Strategies to lead with your true voice, not a persona

Dr Jude Clark is a clinical psychologist, facilitator, coach, and therapist with expertise in group process, trauma recovery, gender, and leadership. For many years, she has focused on women’s experiences and explored what it means to be female in today’s world.
Jude holds a PhD from Manchester Metropolitan University, and has accompanied women leaders on their professional journeys across corporate, academic, and NGO sectors – from community-based leaders to heads of industry and senior figures in the United Nations. Over the past 20 years, she has also facilitated group processes focused on transformation, anti-racism, diversity, equity, inclusion, and healing.
Jude is the founder of Deep Wellness, an initiative and social enterprise dedicated to women's wellbeing. The organisation creates spaces and processes that help women explore and overcome the barriers – both external and internal – that diminish their potential. Its purpose is to help women access their wells of power and joy, both as individuals and as leaders.
