This one-year accredited program is designed as a flexible alternative to a traditional university degree or gap year. It’s crafted to help you gain practical and relevant skills in a safe environment while building core confidence – and having fun.

If you are a recent school-leaver looking to enter the workforce, a young adult wanting to explore a non-traditional learning path, or an aspiring young entrepreneur looking for a business skills boost, the Henley Business School’s Work Readiness Programme is for you.
