Lincoln Mali is an experienced executive with over 25 years in the financial services industry, managing large and diverse teams across Africa. He currently serves as the CEO of Lesaka Technologies. His core expertise are in the areas of leadership, people management, customer service, sales management, digital transformation and business performance. In line with his personal mission to create a positive impact in South Africa and the vast continent, he established the Lincoln Mali Leadership Foundation.

Through the Youth Leadership Summit, Lincoln’s sincere desire is to provide exceptional young talent with the opportunity to be mentored by exemplary leaders. The 16 masterclasses will provide young leaders with a glimpse into the personal and professional journeys of some of South Africa’s most esteemed leaders, offering valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities prevalent in various industries and business, while emphasizing the crucial role the youth plays in building a better society. The summit promises to be an extraordinary and interactive experience where all will be united in their pursuit of excellence and personal growth.

Masterclasses

The masterclasses will be organized into four lecture theatres, accommodating up to 50 individuals. With a total of four masterclasses taking place simultaneously in each venue, there will be a grand total of 16 sessions throughout the event. As a delegate, you will have the opportunity to attend four masterclasses of your choice. During the application process, you will be asked to select the four classes that align with your interests and preferences.
